• 3+ years of software development experience in one or more general-purpose programming languages (Java, Scala, Go, C++, Python)
• Ability to take complete ownership of a feature or project
• Proficiency in coding independently while contributing to team efforts
• Strong passion for coding and eagerness to learn
• Excellent independent learning skills

• Experience working in the advertising domain
• Understanding customer needs within the advertising business
