We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Integration Technical Lead to join a high-performing team focused on delivering scalable, enterprise‑grade integration solutions. This is a hands‑on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in fast‑paced environments and enjoys driving complex integrations across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce integration solutions across enterprise systems
- Architect and develop API‑led integrations using REST/SOAP and middleware platforms
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams
- Oversee end‑to‑end integration lifecycle including design, development, testing, and deployment
- Ensure scalability, performance, and security of integration solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration and data flow issues
- Drive best practices around code quality, documentation, and governance
- Support CI/CD processes and environment management
- Strong experience with Salesforce platform
, including integration architecture - Proven background leading complex system integrations in enterprise environments
- Hands‑on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and data integration patterns
- Experience with middleware/integration tools (e.g., Mule Soft, Boomi, or similar)
- Solid understanding of data modeling, transformation, and ETL concepts
- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning, and Salesforce development best practices
- Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to work independently
- Experience with API management and microservices architecture
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices
- Prior experience in a technical lead or architect capacity
- Contract engagement with potential for extension or long‑term opportunity
- Remote flexibility with occasional collaboration as needed
- Fast‑moving team with immediate project impact
