Stealth Solutions is seeking an experienced and driven Salesforce Omni Studio Developer to design, build, and deliver scalable solutions across the Salesforce platform with a focus on Public Sector Solutions and Omni Studio. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, understand best practices for Apex and Flow development, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
This is a Onsite Position, and candidates must be generally available from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
This is a remote position.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement scalable, high-quality solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Omni Studio tools
- Develop and configure Omni Studio components (Flex Cards, OmniScripts, Data Raptors, Integration Procedures) to meet business needs
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate user stories and business requirements into technical specifications
- Participate in all phases of the SDLC, including design, development, testing, deployment, and support
- Build and optimize custom solutions leveraging Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, asynchronous processes, and REST/SOAP APIs
- Extend the Salesforce data model through the creation of custom objects, relationships, and metadata
- Create and maintain system documentation, unit tests, and reusable components
- Contribute to code reviews and ensure adherence to secure coding and Salesforce platform standards
- Support data migration and integration activities, including mapping, transformation, and troubleshooting
- Assist with deployment planning and execution using source control and CI/CD pipelines
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
- Salesforce Certified Omni Studio Developer or Salesforce Certified Omni Studio Consultant
- U.S. Citizenship is required due to federal contract requirements
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development with demonstrated project success
- Strong understanding of core Salesforce architecture, object model, and security model
- Hands‑on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and integrations
- Agile development experience using Jira, Azure Dev Ops, or similar tools
- Strong problem‑solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed cross‑functional team
- Salesforce Platform Developer II certification
- Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder certification
- Experience working with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions
- Experience with version control (e.g., Git) and CI/CD processes
- Familiarity with Experience Cloud development and digital experiences
- Prior experience supporting government or public sector clients
- Willingness to maintain and earn new Salesforce certifications as needed
