Job Title: Senior Software Engineer
Location: 100% Remote (US)
This Senior Software Engineer position is a full-time, 100% remote opportunity with a high-growth, venture-backed healthcare technology firm. The company is revolutionizing primary care for underserved populations by blending a modern,
AI-accelerated Type Script/Cloud-native stack with community-based clinical models. This role offers a unique chance to build greenfield healthcare solutions from the ground up while utilizing cutting-edge AI developer tooling to drive rapid deployment and social impact.
What is the #1 reason to join? You are getting the "Architect’s Keys" to a rapidly scaling platform. This isn’t about maintaining legacy code; it is a true greenfield environment where your decisions on service boundaries and event-driven patterns will form the foundation of the company’s future. We are looking for a high-ownership engineer who thrives in the "startup hustle" but wants their work to mean something more than just clicks or revenue—someone who wants to build technology that literally saves lives.
Beyond the mission, you’ll enjoy a culture that values autonomy, a $1,000 home office setup to perfect your workspace, and a leadership team that views engineering as a creative partner rather than a delivery factory.
