• 70% Backend/Platform Services (Cloud-native & AI Workflows)
• 30% Web & Mobile Application Development

Daily Responsibilities

• 70% Hands-On Coding & Architectural Design
• 20% Team Collaboration & Product Strategy
• 10% Mentorship & Engineering Culture Building (Recruiting/Code Reviews)

• 6+ years of experience building scalable web, mobile, or backend services.
• Deep expertise in cloud architecture, including networking, observability, and deployment strategies.
• Professional experience implementing architectural patterns like event-driven systems and microservices.
• Proven track record of using AI-enhanced development tools (code generation, automated testing) to accelerate workflows.
• Strong grasp of security protocols, including OWASP and secure coding practices.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.

• Prior experience in a startup or high-growth environment with end-to-end delivery responsibility.
• Experience in regulated healthcare environments (HIPAA, PHI handling, or EHR integrations).
• Hands-on experience designing or integrating AI/ML features like RAG systems or workflow automation.
• Ability to translate complex technical strategies into actionable business outcomes.
