• Clinical Expertise:
  Recent experience in retail, clinical, or hospital pharmacy, with comfort in evaluating drug interactions, dosing, and therapeutic reasoning.
• Precision:
  Strong attention to detail and the ability to focus on complex medical data for up to one hour.
• Technical Readiness: A reliable, fast internet connection, a computer, and a Pay Pal account to receive payments.
• Independence:
  Willingness to self‑declare earnings (participants are considered self‑employed).
• Assessment:
  Willingness to complete a short skills/eligibility screener to join our Domain Expert pool.

• Evaluating Accuracy: Reviewing AI‑generated responses to pharmaceutical scenarios and rating them for accuracy, safety, and clinical reasoning.
• Comparative Analysis: Comparing multiple model answers and selecting/justifying the best response based on current pharmacy standards.
• Content Creation: Writing improved exemplars, rationales, or structured feedback to help models learn where they fall short in medication counseling or pharmacology.
