We are building for leading brands and are backed by venture capital.

We’re hiring a Software Engineer to accelerate our velocity in shipping AI for recruiting teams as we scale toward $10M ARR.

This role is for people who care deeply about quality and enjoy working on difficult backend problems.

The team is lean and smaller than 20 people, so every hire has direct impact.

• Build scalable systems using Go
• Ship multiple times a day in 1‑week sprints
• Talk to users to uncover core problems
• Engage with other teams to solve impactful problems quickly
• Break down complex topics clearly in writing and in person
• Collaborate closely with product and design
• Work in a CI‑driven environment; optimize for cycle time and planning accuracy
• Raise the bar for code quality and standards
• Extend our automated end‑to‑end test suite with Playwright

• 100% alignment with our Ops Principles (if this doesn’t resonate, please do not apply)
• 2+ years of professional Go experience
• Enjoyment of live collaboration (pair programming & huddles)
• High ownership mindset and strong attention to detail
• Strong interest in quality, not just shipping features
• Clear communication and documentation skills
• Growth mindset (learning and sharing new technologies with the team)

Strong candidates often have experience at top tech companies or have demonstrated building high‑quality products at high velocity.

This role is remote or on‑site in Berlin. We do not offer visa support for Germany or other countries at this time.
