iCapital is seeking a Senior Blockchain / Backend Engineer in Salt Lake City, Utah. This role involves developing a distributed ledger solution for alternative investments by working closely with engineering and product teams. Responsibilities include designing and implementing a private ledger, maintaining APIs with Python, and mentoring junior engineers. The position offers a competitive salary of $120,000 to $145,000 along with a strong benefits package including equity, retirement plans, and unlimited PTO.

The work environment is a hybrid model with mandatory office presence Monday to Thursday.
