• First year – contribute to long‑term reliability by resolving technical bottlenecks, driving AI‑augmented practices, and playing a key role in adopting a responsive, event‑driven architecture.

• Strong Java Foundations – significant experience building and scaling services within large codebases using Modern Java, Spring, and ORM frameworks.
• Real‑Time Data Processing & Data Engineering – architecting stream processing pipelines, managing data consistency, and working with Kafka, Flink, Beam, CDC, MySQL, Click House, Redis.
• Infrastructure & Deployment – architect and manage cloud‑native backend services using AWS and Kubernetes for high availability and resilience.
