Frontend or backend? For you, that’s not a debate. It’s one flow. As a Fullstack Developer at Yuma, you’ll work on impactful projects for leading clients in the Benelux, often close to home. You build digital products that matter: from intuitive user interfaces to resilient backend architectures. You see how everything connects, not just technically, but for the people who use it.
You work with organizations in the middle of digital transformation. Sometimes you modernize legacy systems. Sometimes you build something entirely new. But you always design with the end user in mind: creating solutions that are scalable, maintainable and genuinely usable.
What You’ll Do- You design and build software systems that truly serve the people who use them.
- You advise clients on architecture and technology choices that support sustainable change.
- You actively share knowledge and vision through internal sessions, meetups, or blogs.
You feel at home in a collaborative, Agile environment where teamwork, ownership, and continuous improvement are key. You’re comfortable moving between frontend and backend development in a dynamic Agile Dev Ops setting to create intuitive, human-centered interfaces.
Additionally, You Bring- At least 4 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
- A strong background in Java (backend) and frontend technologies such as React and Vue.js.
- Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and Oracle databases.
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT) to boost productivity and improve code quality.
- Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English.
- Personal mentorship.
- Internal training, knowledge sessions, and active knowledge sharing.
- Speaking at meetups or conferences? Go for it.

You Can Also Expect- €4,000 – €5,700 salary + €75 net expense allowance.
