We are looking for an experienced, ambitious software developer who wants more than just writing code in isolation. This is an in‑office role
. We are not hiring remote contractors or virtual‑only developers. We want someone who will sit in the office
, learn our business end‑to‑end, understand how our systems are actually used by real people, and help us build, fix and improve internal platforms that drive operations.

• You’ll work hands‑on with leadership, operations, and technical systems—and you’ll be expected to suggest better solutions

• Build, maintain, and improve internal business systems using the Microsoft ecosystem
• Work extensively with Dataverse / Dynamics
  , Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft 365
• Design, fix, and optimize workflows that support real operational use
• Develop and refine Copilot Studio agents and AI‑assisted processes
• Use AI tools (Copilot, Claude, etc.) confidently to speed up development and problem‑solving
• Work directly in the office with users to understand pain points and improve systems
• Proactively recommend smarter, cleaner, more scalable solutions

• Microsoft Certified (Power Platform / Dynamics / Azure / M365 related)
• Strong experience with Dataverse & Dynamics
• Deep familiarity with Microsoft 365
• Experience with Copilot Studio and AI‑augmented workflows
• AI‑confident (Copilot, Claude, or similar tools used in real work—not just theory)
• Able and willing to work full‑time in office (this is not a remote role)
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and ability to work independently
