Full Stack Developer, App Developer - Mobile/Web
We are looking for a product-driven Tech Lead who brings deep expertise in React Native, React, and Graph
QL to lead a team building customer-facing mobile applications. In this role, you will be a hands-on technical leader — guiding your team through the design, breakdown, implementation, and delivery of features while still writing code yourself.
You will partner with product stakeholders and engineers to shape the technical direction of our mobile applications, making key architectural decisions and ensuring the team delivers high-quality work sprint over sprint. You will set the standard for engineering excellence through your own contributions, provide thoughtful and constructive feedback on your team's implementations, and mentor engineers in mobile development best practices. You will keep the team focused on sprint goals, prioritizing finishing work in progress before taking on new tasks, and driving accountability across the team.
This role is fully remote, with an option to work out of our Boulder, CO office.
Requirements- 3+ years of experience in a Tech Lead role, leading a team through delivery while remaining hands-on.
- Strong production experience with React Native (Expo), React, and Graph
QL. - Proven track record building and shipping consumer-facing mobile applications with React Native.
- Experience making architectural decisions for mobile applications and communicating technical tradeoffs to both engineers and product stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and elevate the engineers around you.
- Experience with native iOS development (Swift
UI) or Android development (Kotlin). - Experience with custom native modules in React Native.
