Software Engineer, Full Stack Developer, C# ​/ Unity Developer

Job Description

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Software Engineer in Oldsmar, Florida. This role is at the intersection of public service industries and technology, where you will be contributing to the development and maintenance of our SaaS products. The role is hybrid, allowing for both onsite and remote work.

• Develop and maintain software applications using HTML/CSS, JavaScript, ASP.NET MVC, C#, and SQL.
• Collaborate with a team of engineers to design, develop, and debug software.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.
• Integrate software components and third‑party programs into existing software.
• Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency.
• Create technical documentation for reference and reporting.
• Continually learn new technologies and stay up to date with industry trends.
• Be open to learning and working with React and Node.js, although not a requirement.

• Proficiency in CSS, HTML, and JavaScript.
• Experience with ASP.NET MVC Framework.
• Knowledge of C# – Sharp is required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft SQL.
• React.js or Node is a PLUS.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills.

• Ability to multitask and manage various project elements simultaneously.
• High level of self‑motivation and self‑direction.
• BSc degree in Computer Science or relevant field.
• Proven work experience as a Software Engineer or similar role.
