Healthcare ML Engineer - Remote-First

Tailor Care is on a mission to transform specialty care for joint, back, and muscle conditions. We use data science to create personalized treatment plans for each patient.

• Bachelor’s in CS, engineering, or similar (3+ years of experience preferred).
• Experience as an ML engineer, data scientist, or data engineer (3+ years a plus).
• Python or Scala pro with machine learning skills (scikit-learn, PyTorch, etc.) (2+ years).
• Familiarity with DNNs, LLMs, and data pipelines is a plus.
• A scientific approach, engineering mindset, and focus on building simple solutions.

• Experience with healthcare data and Databricks.
• CI/CD process knowledge (Git Hub).

• Design, build, and deploy machine learning models to improve patient care.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand needs and develop solutions.
• Automate workflows using Databricks and Git Hub to ensure model performance.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest MLOps best practices.
