- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of software engineers working with C#, .NET, Type Script, and React, fostering a high-performance, innovative culture
- Conduct regular 1:1s, provide constructive feedback, and support career development
- Recruit, onboard, and retain top engineering talent
- Drive rapid, iterative delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategy across full-stack applications
- Champion proof-of-concepts and evaluate emerging technologies to drive innovation
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Business, and Executive stakeholders to align technical and business goals
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-focused communication
- Review code, provide guidance, and maintain high-quality engineering standards
- Balance speed with quality while ensuring sustainable delivery
- Remove blockers, manage capacity, and optimize development processes
- 5+ years of software development experience with strong hands-on skills in C#, .NET, Type Script, and React
- 2+ years managing software engineering teams, including on-shore and remote engineers
- Deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and system design
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, testing strategies, and Dev Ops practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels
- Experience in full-stack development, microservices, cloud platforms, and scalable web applications is a plus
