• Build and maintain high-performance frontend applications using React, Typescript, and modern web technologies
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver intuitive and user-focused features
• Translate complex technical workflows into accessible and engaging user experiences for non-technical audiences
• Improve frontend architecture, performance, stability, and scalability across the platform
• Contribute to rapid product iteration cycles by responding effectively to customer feedback and evolving business needs
• Participate in technical discussions, architectural decisions, and engineering best practices
• Support CI/CD processes and maintain high standards for code quality, testing, and maintainability

You are a highly collaborative senior engineer with deep frontend expertise, strong product intuition, and experience thriving in fast-moving startup environments.

• 7+ years of software engineering experience within modern web ecosystems
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with React, Typescript, Java script, RESTful APIs, CSS, and frontend development frameworks
• Strong understanding of frontend performance optimization, scalability, and maintainable architecture
• Proven ability to create polished, high-quality UX/UI experiences with strong attention to detail
• Experience working in startups or smaller companies where ownership and impact are significant
• Strong communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional and hybrid async/sync work environments
• Ability to work proactively, independently, and adapt quickly to evolving priorities
• Bonus: experience acting as a technical lead and making architectural design decisions
• Bonus: familiarity with Git Hub CI/CD workflows and deployment pipelines
