About You:

You love building, coaching, and managing product management teams that drive impact into enterprise software markets. You are excited about the new opportunities artificial intelligence is opening up in decision making  care deeply about the outcomes for your customers as well as the outcomes for your teammates. Ambiguity isn’t a challenge, but rather a chance for you to define and narrow a problem space independently.

You’re supercharged by having interesting, unsolved problems continually present themselves.

In This Role, You Will:

  • Oversee a product portfolio growing at roughly Series C stage benchmarks
  • Lead and grow a double digit sized Product Management team
  • Coach and mentor a team of talented director level product leaders
  • Collaborate with leaders in Engineering, Sales, and Client Services to meet the demands of the market
  • Build a culture of accountability, where talented product professionals can thrive
  • Define and operationalize metrics, methodologies, and KPIs for team success
  • Expand career development and career ladder initiatives

Requirements:

  • Ideally 9+ years of working in a high production environment in preferably the B2B SaaS space
  • Exudes our ambitious, collaborative, and empathetic values
  • Has deep experience making data driven decisions
  • A strong track record of managing and developing teams of 10 or more Product Managers
  • A pioneer that identifies new decisions to bring under management, is able to execute an initial sale and delivery as well as enable our GTM strategy to repeat and scale
  • Demonstrates the ability to effectively communicate through written and verbal communication
  • Has demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
  • Can effectively correspond between technical and non-technical audiences
  • Open to giving and receiving critical feedback and collaborating effectively across teams
  • Ability to work out of our NYC office 3-4 days a week

  • Compensation: A salary of $250k-275K with flexibility depending on a candidate’s background and experience
