We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Java Architect to lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications. This role requires deep expertise in Java-based technologies, full-stack development, and modern architectural patterns, including microservices and distributed systems. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, drive architectural decisions, and collaborate across cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions aligned with business objectives.

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Java (Spring Boot) on the backend and modern JavaScript frameworks on the frontend.
• Lead the architecture and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise solutions.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions aligned with business needs.
• Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
• Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces using modern frontend frameworks.
• Contribute to Dev Ops practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and automated testing.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and work effectively within iterative development cycles.
• Analyze, design, document, implement, and test software solutions based on user stories.
• Work closely with stakeholders to translate complex business processes into technical solutions.
• Identify recurring patterns and design reusable, scalable components to improve maintainability.
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and knowledge transfer to development teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across applications and environments.

• 12+ years of experience in software/application development with strong expertise in Java.
• 5+ years of experience in application architecture for large-scale, mission-critical systems.
• 3+ years of experience with microservices architecture, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes or Open Shift).
• Strong experience designing multi-tier, distributed, and high-availability systems.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Oracle, and Hibernate/JPA.
• Strong frontend development experience with Angular, React, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Type Script.

• Experience with message queuing systems (e.g., IBM MQ or similar).
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, service integration patterns, and secure application design.

• Experience with Dev Ops tools and practices including Git, Jenkins, Maven, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of Test-Driven Development (TDD) and automated testing frameworks such as JUnit and Selenium.
• Familiarity with modern testing tools (e.g., Playwright) is a plus.
• Awareness of AI-assisted development tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience working in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and traditional SDLC methodologies.
• Strong understanding of enterprise integrations, APIs, middleware, and system interoperability.
• Ability to assess legacy systems and recommend modern, scalable solutions.
