Technical Lead – REMOTE

Dfuse Technologies is an award‑winning digital transformation company that helps customers deliver modern, cost‑effective, and sustainable solutions. We are looking for an IT professional to serve as Technical Lead for a DHS program.

The Technical Lead is responsible for empowering cross‑functional teams to meet the functional requirements set forth by the HSIN Product Owner. The Technical Lead must have strong verbal and written communication skills and must collaborate effectively with product owners, managers, developers, and designers to build easy‑to‑use software applications using a variety of leading‑edge technologies and experience building digital services solutions.

• Communicate technical options, associated trade‑offs, and risks to the HSIN Product Management team and SDD leadership.
• Develop cross‑platform and native iOS/Android mobile applications for federal clients.
• Foster the use of Agile practices within teams to deliver deployable software within specified times.
• Participate actively in design sessions, sprint ceremonies, and cross‑functional integration team meetings.
• Provide guidance and oversight of testing practices and code reviews to ensure the security and integrity of the code base and product.
• Collaborate with team members and integration partners to develop new features and troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in all environments.
• Manage integrated environments with multiple systems, including connection and security configurations.
• Monitor and maintain the application and immutable infrastructure to ensure performance, stability, and security.

• Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science, information technology/systems, or equivalent.
• U.S. citizenship (required as per Federal client).
