Role
Summary:
We are looking for a bilingual (Spanish/English C2) AI Automation Builder to design and deploy workflows that power our operations.
You will build systems that:
- Parse Task Orders
- Match candidates to roles
- Automate outreach and screening
- Generate and structure resumes
This is a hands‑on builder role. You will ship working solutions weekly.
Location: Remote LATAM
Key Responsabilities:- Build automation workflows using tools like n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar.
- Design and refine prompts for real‑world use cases.
- Translate business processes into working AI systems.
- Deliver fast, practical solutions (not theoretical).
- Bilingual:
Spanish (native) + English (C2, must be able to work fully in English). - Experience with automation tools (n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar).
- Strong problem‑solving and structured thinking.
- Ability to work fast and independently.
- Experience with OpenAI API or similar LLMs.
- Basic Python knowledge.
- Experience building workflows or internal tools.
- Background in operations, recruiting, or business systems.
This role requires a paid 48‑hour build test. You will be asked to build a simple workflow that parses a job description, matches candidates, and outputs the top 3 candidates with reasoning. We hire based on output, not resumes.

- You improve speed and throughput across the system.
