As Senior Front-end Developer, you are well-versed in blockchain fundamentals and experienced in smart contracts and subgraphs. In this role, you’ll collaborate with UX/UI and design teams to bridge the gap between visual design and technical implementation, maximizing opportunities to improve the end product and setting the pace for the next wave of Web3 experiences. You'll optimize designs for speed and usability on various platforms while working with our designers to maintain graphic standards and brand consistency.

On a day-to-day basis, you’ll develop visual elements, mockups, and prototypes into functional digital experiences while maintaining a clean codebase that’s easy to navigate. Qualified candidates also have experience with design tools and a keen eye for great interfaces and smooth, user-friendly user experiences.

• Employ your knowledge of responsive web design principles to develop intuitive web3 experiences (websites, applications, etc), ensuring flawless performance across different devices and browsers.
• Lead the design and implementation of the applications, building integrations with backend and smart contracts
• Collaborate with internal and external talent in a global setting (various time zones), to design functional, cohesive code that enhances the user’s experience within project timelines.
• Independently manage your own process, work queue, and quality, proactively engaging project team members regarding requirements and deadlines.
• Drive efficiency and scale through improvement and/or automation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, continuously documenting and implementing new development processes that contribute to the development of coding standards and improve the output of our development lifecycle.
