SAP Developer - PI​/XI​/PO​/AEX - Remote

Remote SAP Developer (25% travel)

BWXT is seeking a Remote SAP Developer with 25% travel to our various locations.

• Creates new SAP (NW 7.5) PI/XI/AEX interfaces, message mappings, and Java functions from specifications.
• Supports and troubleshoots existing SAP interfaces.
• Maintains strong SAP ABAP skills base.
• Creates and supports SAP development objects/technologies such as forms, reports, enhancements, workflows, classes, function modules, ALVs, ALE/IDOC, Web Services, etc. for existing and new SAP initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least ten (10) years of relevant experience with a minimum of five (5) years of hands‑on experience designing, developing and supporting SAP PI/XI/PO/AEX interfaces and message mappings and/or five (5) years of hands‑on SAP ABAP code development.
• Strong understanding of data structures and error handling in interface design.
• Very strong technical troubleshooting and problem‑solving track record.
• Strong communications and collaboration skills, with ability to work well within a team.
• Willingness to relocate to Lynchburg, VA or Barberton, OH, or Melbourne, FL and work on a hybrid schedule.
• U.S. citizen with no dual citizenship.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) clearance.

Pay: $[[]] - $[[]] per year. The base salary range for this position in [[state

Province]] at the start of employment is expected to be between $[[]] and $[[]] per year. However, the base salary offered is based on local job market factors, and may vary further depending on factors specific to the selected job candidate, such as job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to these considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, such as an annual cash incentive in addition to a full range of medical, retirement, and/or other benefits.

If hired, the selected job candidate will be employed 'at-will,' unless employed at a location and in a position subject to a collective bargaining agreement.
