Senior React Developer

With Intelligence is looking for Senior React Developers to join our talented and collaborative engineering team. We're currently scaling up our product base, leveraging the advances in data technology, AI and ML in order to transform our ecosystem into a fluid, event-based and decoupled offering. We're bringing best-of-breed technology options into our mix to ensure we're well-positioned to give our proprietary data the platform it needs to shine.

We're building up a global-based technology team to spearhead these advances. This is a chance to bring your foundational developer experience and fold in some of the latest technologies and patterns, to stay on the cutting edge of where data-driven product offerings are headed, providing performant and functional tooling to our customer base by leveraging the latest developments in client-side and server-side frontend smarts.

As a Senior React Engineer, you will be engaged in developing sophisticated tooling to allow customers to find and view and analyze investment-domain data to empower them to make connections and inform decisions. The data-rich environment you'll be working in will require the best of client-side and server-side interaction, clever cache usage, and some GQL orchestration and aggregation wizardry. You will work in a cross-functional team (React, PHP, Node, Python developers) to deliver high-quality software solutions.

• Design and develop user interfaces using related technologies (NextJS specifically).
• Maintain and develop an Apollo GQL server to serve the frontend requests efficiently.
• Contribute to our component library using Storybook, ensuring components are reusable and accessible.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure high code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Optimize web applications for maximum speed, security and scalability.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of frontend development processes and tools.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

• Proven experience as a React Developer, with a strong portfolio of previous work (NextJS or SSR experience essential).
• Proven Type Script experience.
• NodeJS and GQL experience required, Apollo would be beneficial.
• Unit testing experience essential.
• Extensive knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
• Experience with RESTful and GQL APIs and web services integration.
• Strong understanding of responsive design.
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Excellent problem‑solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
