Typically, the work schedule is from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, though there might be times when additional hours are needed to meet business demands.

We are looking for two Application Development Analysts dedicated to developing and maintaining features within SaaS platforms (such as Hub Spot, Quickbase, and Frappe). These roles are not solely frontend or backend but require versatile, systems‑focused developers.

• Build and maintain functionality within SaaS platforms (Hub Spot, Quickbase, Frappe)
• Integrate systems and automate workflows across tools
• Support development of internal applications and user‑facing components
• Improve reliability and efficiency of system interactions and automations

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred — but we also highly value equivalent hands‑on experience!

• 3 to 5 years of experience as an Application Developer.
• Hands‑on builder experienced in working with various web technologies and SaaS platforms.

• Strong JavaScript (including HTML/CSS)
• Working knowledge of Python
• Experience integrating and working with APIs (consuming, not necessarily building)
• Experience working within cloud‑based or SaaS platforms
• Experience with Git/Git Hub for version control
• Ability to work with structured data (JSON, API payloads, basic data handling)
• Experience building, modifying, and maintaining web‑based applications or workflows
• Understanding of application architecture and system integrations
• Ability to debug issues across systems (frontend + platform + API layers)

• Experience working within platforms such as Hub Spot, Quickbase, or similar SaaS tools
• Experience integrating front‑end components with SaaS systems and external services
• Familiarity with authentication, third‑party integrations, and basic security concepts
• Exposure to Frappe Framework or similar extensible platforms
• Experience working in environments with multiple integrated systems (CRM, internal tools, etc.)
• Experience with AJAX, jQuery, or similar lightweight frontend approaches
• Familiarity with automation or workflow tools within SaaS platforms
• Experience collaborating with data teams or working alongside data pipelines

• Adaptability in evolving environments and toolsets.
• Collaboration across engineering, product, and data teams.
