Job OverviewWe are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer who thrives at the intersection of business, experimentation, and rapid delivery. This role focuses on building and releasing small, high-impact frontend features driven by optimizing experiments, personalization, and feature flags, in close collaboration with Product, Marketing, and Analytics teams. You will be a key contributor in enabling fast, data‑driven decisions while maintaining engineering quality, performance, and scalability.
Roles & Responsibilities- Design and develop scalable microservices‑based applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs to enable seamless communication between systems and services.
- Develop responsive and dynamic user interfaces using React or Angular.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including product, design, and QA to deliver end‑to‑end features.
- Participate in system design, architecture discussions, and technical decision‑making.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices and coding standards.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Work with SQL databases to design schemas, write optimized queries, and manage data efficiently.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, build automation, and deployment processes.
- Ensure code quality through unit testing, integration testing, and code reviews.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring high availability of applications.
- Support and implement integrations using middleware platforms such as Mule Soft (good to have).
- 6+ years of experience in full stack development.
- Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot, with hands‑on experience in building microservices.
- Solid understanding of RESTful API design and distributed systems.
- Hands‑on experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or similar JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Vue.js).
- Experience in building responsive, user‑friendly web applications using modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS
3. - Proficiency in working with SQL databases (e.g., Postgre
SQL, MySQL, Oracle). - Experience with version control systems like Git and collaborative development workflows.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and build tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git Hub Actions).
- Understanding of containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Experience with observability tools (logging, monitoring, tracing).
- Knowledge of security best practices (OAuth2, JWT, API security).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud‑native application development.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Experience with Mule Soft or similar integration platforms.
- Exposure to event‑driven architectures (e.g., Kafka, messaging systems).
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Cloud Formation).
- Experience working with SOAP‑based services, including WSDL interpretation, XML schema handling, and service integration.
- Experience building BDD automation test suites using Prova, improving test coverage and reliability within QA workflows.
