Worldpay, LLC seeks a Senior Software Engineer – Salesforce in Cincinnati, OH to develop core versions of software applications for sale to external clients leveraging Salesforce and related technologies.

The Software Engineer Senior – Salesforce will identify client purchasing requirements and technical specifications through Product Management and client representatives.

• Interact with engineering groups to assist in design changes to equipment and software.
• Train and communicate with clients on systems applications.
• Analyze, design, program, debug, and modify software enhancements and new products used in local, networked, or Internet‑related computer programs.
• Interact with product managers and users to define system requirements and necessary modifications.
• Participate in software design meetings and analyze user needs to determine technical requirements.
• Write technical specifications based on conceptual design and stated business requirements.
• Write code, complete programming, and perform testing and debugging of applications using Salesforce APEX, LWC (Lightning Web Components), and related technologies.
• Understand Salesforce / REST API integrations as well as third‑party apps from Salesforce App Exchange.
• Complete documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance of managed packages in Salesforce.
• Perform Salesforce Admin activities in the production environment.
• Train and communicate with internal Client, Client Relationship, and Sales teams on system applications.
• Develop or execute project plans, budgets, and schedules, and document work and results.
• Deliver informational and decision‑seeking presentations to technical and business groups, both internal and external.
• Perform other related duties assigned as needed.

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems Technology, or a related field and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related occupation.

• Developing Salesforce Lightning Web components with SAFe Agile software development methodology.
• Working with SAFe Agile development tools, including CA Rally and JIRA.
• Utilizing RESTful APIs for platform/vendor integration.
• Integrating third‑party Salesforce applications from App Exchange, including Docu Sign, SUMO Scheduler, Knowledge Management, telephony products, and survey tools.

In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master’s degree in the above listed fields and three (3) years of experience in the above listed skills.
