Our solution provides the open architecture as well as mission apps that can be customized to each user’s needs. Customers can also easily integrate their favorite tools into a single Command

IQ® Common Operating Picture (COP) to meet their own, specialized mission requirements.

Command

IQ® is seeking a software engineer to join one of our agile development teams. In this role, you will:

• Decompose higher-level roadmap features into actionable work items
• Design, implement, and integrate/test software features
• Perform peer reviews for fellow software engineers and debug issues as they arise
• Participate in technical discussions to define/solve overarching software architecture needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional peers to better understand project requirements and customer/stakeholder needs

Command

IQ® is a geographically dispersed project team that executes in an agile – scrum setting. The team readily adapts to changing priorities as new information is discovered and project milestones shift to meet the various stakeholder needs. It provides fast-paced opportunities for team members to gain exposure to various subject areas and hone their technical skills across various tools and frameworks.

Additionally, team members have the ability to interface with an array of different customer groups and present thoughtful solutions to meet the various customer/stakeholder needs.

• Frontend framework development experience using Angular, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML
• Exposure/Familiarity with Docker and REST APIs
• Experience with UI/UX design and iteration process and familiarity with design tools (Figma, Mock Flow, UXPin, Axure)
• Knowledge of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and direct experience working within some of the stages
• 1+ years of relevant work experience or an advanced degree in Computer Science
• Active Secret Clearance

• Experience in Agile Methodologies & Tools
• Knowledge of UI/UX test frameworks (Cypress, Selenium, Playwright, Jest)
• Experience across the full SDLC
• Full‑stack engineering experience
• Exposure to Gitlab CI/CD, Helm, Kubernetes, gRPC, Python, Flask
• Previous IRAD experience

This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Clearance level:
Secret.

For this role, candidates local to Colorado Springs, CO or King of Prussia, PA are preferred. Strong candidates who exceptionally match the roles and responsibilities may be considered for a fully‑remote work schedule. The specific weekly work schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. The schedule for this position is 4x10 hour days, 3 days off per week.

The annual base salary range for this position (excluding most major metropolitan areas) is $76,500 – $134,895. Salary determination will consider factors such as scope, responsibilities, experience, and market conditions.
