Key Responsibilities Platform Integration & Orchestration " Integrate agents with enterprise systems via APIs and automation frameworks " Connect agents to structured and unstructured data sources " Build orchestration logic separating planning, execution, and validation " Design reusable, cross-platform agent patterns
Key Responsibilities Governance, Risk & Control " Implement human-in-the-loop, policy guardrails, and permission controls " Ensure agent actions are auditable, explainable, and compliant " Collaborate with security, risk, and compliance teams Evaluation & Optimization " Measure agent performance, accuracy, cost, and latency " Diagnose and mitigate agent failure modes " Continuously optimize prompts and orchestration logic
Required Qualifications " 4+ years of experience in software, AI/ML, or automation engineering " Hands-on experience building LLM-powered agents or workflows " Proficiency in Python and/or Type Script "
