Software Engineer – Frontend; Remote at Flagler Health

We support physicians by identifying optimal treatment plans, enhancing patient outcomes, and streamlining access to advanced monitoring services, beginning with Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) and Chronic Care Management (CCM). • Build robust frontend applications using Vue 3
• Work on realtime web applications for audio and SMS communications with users (patients)

• Proven experience building highly-available applications in a regulated environment
• Proficiency with Vue 3, Type Script
• Experience interacting with backend APIs written in node, Mongoose, Express, or similar tech stacks

• General healthcare tech / SaaS experience
• Familiarity with HL7 / FHIR / EHR
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git
• Experience with monorepo, especially turborepo

The team is distributed remotely with regional hybrid offices in NYC and Vancouver, Canada. On-site presence is not required but encouraged if you are local for team bonding. There are many 100% remote engineers and non-engineers in the company. We have videos for our weekly team syncs and pair-coding / tech discussions.
