Senior Software Engineer; Frontend

Pomerium secures agentic access to MCP servers.

As a Senior Frontend Engineer at Pomerium, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining the user interface for our core product. You will have creative space to create and evolve our branded React component library, ensuring a consistent and high-quality user experience across our applications. You will also be responsible for maintaining and improving our frontend stack, incorporating best practices and staying up-to-date with the latest technologies.

• Develop and maintain a branded React component library
• Build and maintain React-based Single Page Applications (SPAs)
• Implement and analyze A/B tests and feature flags to optimize user experience
• Contribute to improving our SaaS onboarding experiences
• Write and maintain automated regression tests
• Provide frontend development expertise and support to other engineers
• Contribute to the evolution of our frontend stack, incorporating best practices and new technologies

• Experience utilizing component libraries like shadcn/ui or Material UI
• Proven ability to develop and deploy React-based SPAs
• Experience building and testing for accessible components and pages
• Experience with A/B testing and feature flag based feature releases
• Experience using product analytics events to capture user actions to inform product improvements
• Proficiency in and end to end tests
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Experience working within a distributed team

• Experience using Playwright for end to end tests
• Experience using Redux to manage state
• Experience building and maintaining component libraries
