Summer Intern, Full-Stack Developer; Remote at Lensa

Job Overview

We’re currently hiring a Full‑Stack Developer Intern to join our product engineering team for the Summer of 2026. The internship is a 10‑week, full‑time position that starts in June and ends in August. It is remote for any U.S. location and pays $23 per hour. Housing and relocation assistance are not available.

Our team is small, fast‑moving, and values curiosity, empathy, transparency, and customer obsession. We work on applied‑AI projects that span healthcare, energy utilities, and large‑scale data exploration for internal and external clients.

• Learn by building end‑to‑end features using modern web technologies such as React, Type Script, Python, and Postgre
  
  SQL.
• Experiment with modern AI technologies, including large language models, context engineering, and AI‑powered user interfaces.
• Collaborate with designers and product managers to create intuitive user experiences and provide technical input on product decisions.
• Work with cloud platforms and modern Dev Ops practices such as Azure, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization.
• Contribute to technical architecture decisions while learning best practices for code quality, testing, and system reliability.
• Use data and user feedback to inform product development through analytics, A/B testing, and user research insights.

• By the start date, a minimum of 30 completed college‑level credit hours in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Candidate must be a U.S. citizen, reside in the U.S., be authorized to work in the U.S., and all work must be performed in the U.S.

• Strong curiosity and drive to learn new technologies and tackle complex challenges.
• Hands‑on experience with programming (any language) through coursework, projects, or previous roles.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
