Senior Full Stack Developer

Location: Remote
Employment Type: 6 month contract - potential for extension

Role Overview

We are seeking two Mid-Senior level Full Stack Developers to design, build, and scale modern cloud-native applications aiding a longstanding client in modernizing their stack. This role requires deep expertise across frontend and backend development, along with hands-on experience designing secure, highly available systems in AWS. The ideal candidate is a pragmatic engineer who can contribute across the full technology stack while maintaining high standards for performance, scalability, and security.

Must-Have Skills
  • Frontend: JavaScript, Type Script, React,
    Next.js

  • Backend:
    Python
    , REST APIs (Graph

    QL a plus)

  • Cloud: AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, Dynamo

    DB, RDS, Cloud Formation/CDK)

  • Dev Ops: CI/CD pipelines, source control, infrastructure as code

  • Testing: Unit and regression testing, automation-focused development

  • Architecture: Secure, scalable, highly available serverless applications

  • Experience: 7+ years professional software development

  • Prior to client interview, applicants will be tested in a monitored online environment covering stated skills above.

  • AWS Certification

  • Strong SQL / PL-SQL or Oracle experience

  • .NET / C# background

What you'll do
  • Design, build, test, and support full stack application features

  • Modernize existing systems using AWS cloud-native services

  • Develop and maintain Python-based APIs and frontend components

  • Implement automated testing and CI/CD workflows

  • Collaborate with architects, product owners, and other developers

  • Support releases and troubleshoot production issues as needed
