About the Role
Love poking around mobile games and digital playgrounds to uncover delightful quirks and sneaky glitches? As an Entry Level Software QA Tester, you’ll work from anywhere to explore mobile apps and interactive games with curiosity, creativity, and a keen eye for polish. Experiment with unconventional user flows, playful stress tests, and device-to-device comparisons to spot issues before players do. Capture crisp repro steps, annotate screenshots and videos, and translate hunches into clear tickets.
Toggle between tablets and phones, check performance, accessibility, and haptics, and collaborate asynchronously with designers and engineers. Turn digital play into reliable experiences while building QA skills.
Roles:
In this role, you’ll explore mobile apps directly on your smartphone or tablet to understand how they function in real-world use. You’ll provide brief, honest feedback describing how intuitive the app feels, how it performs, and any areas where it could be improved.
Contract length:
No fixed term — continue at your own pace and convenience.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Skills & QualificationsSkills/background needed:
You’ll need access to a smartphone or tablet with stable internet. Comfort with downloading apps, following simple instructions, and managing your own time is key. Expect to spend around 5 hours per week. No experience required — a great starting point for beginners in remote work.

Remote work worldwide (United States preferred).
