Senior Lead - Talent Acquisition at Global Logic

Job Requirements:

• Candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a similar field with 4 years of experience in PHP and React.
• Strong knowledge of PHP web frameworks, such as CakePHP, Laravel, Symfony, etc.
• Understanding of OOP concepts and familiarity with the latest versions and features of PHP.
• Understanding of various design patterns and SOLID principles.
• Hands‑on experience writing unit/integration tests in PHPUnit.
• Awareness of PHP standard recommendations.
• Experience writing unit tests for React components using RTL / Jest etc.
• Good experience with accessibility testing.
• User authentication and authorization across multiple systems, servers, and environments.
• Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system.
• Familiarity with limitations of PHP as a platform and associated workarounds.
• Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes.
• Familiarity with MySQL/SQL/No
  
  SQL databases and their declarative query languages.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
• Good experience with AWS, Sonar Qube, PHP Static Analyser, and ESLint.

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.

Global Logic estimates the starting pay range for this role to be performed remotely at $130,000/yr to $135,000/yr, reflecting base salary only. This range is a good faith estimate and may vary based on qualifications, experience, operational needs, travel and onsite requirements, internal equity, prevailing wage, responsibilities, and other market and business considerations.
