Sr. Software Engineer in Test at Logitech.

Ensure the reliability, integrity, and end‑to‑end behavior of Logitech’s Core and Gaming software platforms. Build scalable systems and frameworks that verify platform functionality, validate complex integrations, and support new product integration (NPI) readiness.

• Build Platform Validation Systems: design and develop scalable systems that ensure platform reliability, integration integrity, and NPI acceptance criteria.
• Ensure System‑Level Integrity: create frameworks that continuously verify end‑to‑end workflows and interactions across Core and Gaming platforms.
• Leverage AI for Intelligent Validation: integrate AI‑powered tools and techniques to automate and analyze complex workflows, improving coverage and insights.
• Develop Scalable Validation Infrastructure: partner with automation leads to build modular, extensible frameworks that evolve with platform complexity.
• Collaborate Across Teams: work with product, platform, and feature engineering teams to embed validation systems into the development lifecycle.
• Support Product Readiness (NPI): ensure new products meet platform integration and correctness standards before release.
• Support Software Development Efforts: contribute to feature development or enhancements when necessary, integrating expertise into user‑facing software.
• Push the Boundaries: innovate beyond conventional approaches to system validation and continuously drive improvement.

• 5+ years of hands‑on software development experience with at least one language such as Python or C/C++.
• Experience building validation or verification systems that ensure correctness or reliability at scale.
• Familiarity with AI‑powered testing tools and techniques to enhance coverage or efficiency.
• Hands‑on experience with system integration testing and validating complex system integrations.
• Ability to build scalable automation or validation frameworks.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a track record of implementing unconventional testing solutions.
• Clear technical communication skills for collaboration across development, testing, and product teams.
• Passion for driving innovation to validate Logitech’s Core and Gaming platforms.

• Experience validating system‑level interactions for desktop or device‑level software platforms.
• Experience applying innovative AI or automation techniques in system validation workflows.

BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent education and experience.

• Annual base salary typically between $126,000 and $165,000.
