You will work closely with Product Management, Technology and our Labs teams to enable our customers to build successful AI‑driven features and products that elevate their businesses.

• Drive AI Innovation & Technical Vision:
  Lead and drive the technical vision and execution of initiatives to introduce AI‑driven features in our products, staying abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML, deep learning, and LLM technologies.
• Lead AI/ML Model Development:
  Design, develop, and optimize scalable data pipelines for training, fine‑tuning, and evaluating AI/ML models, with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and maintainability.
• Provide Technical Leadership:
  Own the technical strategy, guide the team on best tools, technologies, and methodologies, and mentor engineers through code reviews and thoughtful guidance.
• Architect Advanced AI Systems:
  Design and implement sophisticated AI/ML systems, including LLM architectures (Transformers, foundation models) for natural language understanding, generation, summarization, and question answering, as well as Information Retrieval systems such as Retrieval‑Augmented Generation.
• Collaborate on Product Development:
  Participate in planning sessions to translate requirements from product owners into application code, ensuring alignment with cloud architectural principles.
• Drive Engineering Excellence:
  Adopt a Dev Ops and continuous integration mindset, write clean, well‑tested code, and develop RESTful APIs and microservices to expose AI/ML capabilities.
• Ensure Production Quality:
  Implement robust monitoring, logging, and alerting for AI/ML models in production; optimize model inference for speed and efficiency; support responsible AI practices including bias detection, fairness, privacy, and explainability.

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, with 5+ years focused on AI/ML development and hands‑on experience with LLM architectures, transformers, and foundation models.
• Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks, extensive knowledge of natural language processing, prompt engineering, and Information Retrieval systems.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable data pipelines, RESTful APIs, microservices, and experience with Dev Ops, continuous integration, and cloud architectural principles.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams, conduct code reviews, mentor engineers, and establish best practices for software development and MLOps.
• Experience working in Agile environments with cross‑functional teams, translating business requirements into technical specifications.
• Hands‑on experience deploying, monitoring, and maintaining AI/ML models in production, with a focus on performance optimization and responsible AI practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Machine Learning, or related field; advanced degree (Master’s/PhD) is a plus.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure), AI/ML frameworks (Tensor Flow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers), and MLOps tools for deployment and monitoring.
• Prior work in tax, trade, or legal domain applications is desirable.
