- Support the development, integration and qualification testing of software components, and execute to the QA surveillance schedule.
- Conduct internal software quality audits and perform software product evaluations.
- Participate in Integrated Product Development Teams and provide quality assessment on software development processes on a continuous basis.
- Ensure software quality records database and supporting documentation are prepared and maintained in accordance with documented requirements.
- Review and submit process audit reports and track process corrective action requests; support program senior corrective action board meetings as needed.

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline
- Software or Systems Engineering background with understanding of software development lifecycle
- Detail oriented with flexibility to change work tasks based on priorities
- Ability to work the occasional night or overnight shift and support Fridays and weekends as needed
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance at the SECRET level
- US Citizenship required for this role
- Familiarity with Software using AGILE development lifecycle
- Experience with SCRUM and Jira
- Works well both in a team setting and independently
- Team player with excellent verbal skills and ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Clearance level:
Secret.

Remote Work:
Part-time remote telework; the employee will work part of their schedule remotely and part at a Lockheed Martin facility. Specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over five days to condensed schedules with additional time away from the office, in addition to Paid Time Off benefits. Schedule for this position: 4x10 hour days, 3 days off per week.
Salary and BenefitsThe base salary range is location-dependent and provided for guidance. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as scope and responsibilities, candidate experience and education, key skills, and market considerations when extending an offer.
