Senior Dotnet Developer strictly No h1b

.NET Developer opening with our client in Baltimore, MD (Need Locals).

Fulltime (3days on site 2days work from home) near future client may ask candidate to come onsite for 5days.

Salary $ 95K per annum with benefits.

Benefits: $250 towards medical per month and 80hrs/10days of paid vacation.

This position is responsible for independently guiding development on Vue.js/Typescript/.NET/C# based web applications. It involves leading custom web development throughout the entire project life cycle including application architecture, design input, site layout/user interface, database design/programming, and .NET development. This position will need good Project Management skills, an ability to support existing applications as well as newly created applications, strong communication and writing skills.

• Work with business partners and database developers to build robust .NET Web and Web API solutions that satisfy business requirements.
• Review and interpret ongoing business application requirements; research required data and build appropriate deliverables.
• Document and provide support for deployed .NET solutions.
• Design underlining database structures to be used within web applications.
• Verify the accuracy and validity of all software developed. Including preparation of sample test data and execution of programs, job stream, and system testing.
• Investigate the root cause of application issues, and make accurate decisions to fix or repair the problem.
• Ensure analytics infrastructure and associated systems meet business requirements and industry best practices.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of policies and procedures used by the team to enforce industry best practices.
• Contribute to the design and direction of enterprise-wide application architecture and integration.
• Mentor the development team and help to grow and evolve their technical skills.
• Create supporting technical and functional documentation and provide support for deployed solutions.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance team to ensure valid and proper deliverables.
• Explain tasks and processes in a clear and concise manner that can be consumed and understood to non-technical business associates.
• Research new technologies for implementation by the team for producing cutting edge solutions.

• Expertise in Microsoft/.NET Full-stack development with C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, Windows Server and IIS.
• Expertise with .NET Core.
• Experience with AWS a plus.
• Expertise with MVC framework.
• Experience with Bootstrap-Vue, Vue.js, or similar JS libraries.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Visual Studio 2019.
• Expert knowledge of Dapper ORM.
• Expertise with implementing Service Oriented Architectures.
• Advanced SQL knowledge and ability to write T-SQL code.
• Advanced knowledge of latest technologies – RESTful Services.
• Experience administering Jira, Bitbucket and a good understanding of GIT.
• Experience designing and developing Object Oriented Programming solutions.
• Desire and ability to learn emerging technologies and methodologies.
• Ability to interpret report requests and requirements in order to build appropriate automated solutions.
