THE WORK Command

IQ® is seeking a software engineer to join one of our agile development teams. In this role, you will:
• Decompose higher-level roadmap features into actionable work items
• Design, Implement, and integrate/test software features
• Perform peer reviews for fellow software engineers and debug issues as they arise
• Participate in technical discussions to define/solve overarching software architecture needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional peers to better understand project requirements and customer/stakeholder needs WHO WE ARE Command

Basic Qualifications:

• Frontend framework development experience using Angular, java script, CSS, and HTML
• Experience/Familiarity with the following:
Docker, REST APIs
• Experience with UI/UX Design & Iteration Process/Tools (Figma, Mock Flow, UXPin, Axure)
• Experience across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• 3+ years of relevant work experience (Advanced Degree may be substituted for 2 years of experience) Desired

Skills:

• Experience in Agile Methodologies & Tools
• Experience in UI/UX Test Frameworks (Cypress, Selenium, Playwright, Jest)
• Experience in a Full-Stack engineering role
• Experience/Exposure to any of the following:
Gitlab CI/CD, Helm, Kubernetes, gRPC, Python, Flask
• Previous IRAD experience
