Position: Senior .NET Full-Stack Engineer with AI
We are seeking a Senior .NET Full-Stack Engineer with expertise in AI-focused development to lead the creation and ownership of an AI-driven coaching and enterprise platform. This role involves delivering production-grade features, maintaining shared AI development environments, and advancing AI-assisted workflows and solutions.

Kindly note that this role supports remote work, but only from within Ukraine.

Responsibilities Own and maintain a shared AI-agents development environment

Advance project-level AI skills, rules, and memory frameworks

Design and deliver backend and frontend features

Build APIs, pipelines, and environments aligning with established conventions

Ensure architectural consistency and development quality

Leverage automated AI review agents to optimize code quality

Enhance developer experience through AI-assisted tooling and workflows

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of software engineering experience with .NET, Azure, and Angular Background in AI-First development approaches

Understanding of architectural principles and clean code practices

Proficiency in Azure infrastructure and services

Capability to manage end-to-end vertical slices within projects

Qualifications in Git branching strategies and CI/CD processes

Familiarity with AI agent frameworks, MCP, and model-context tools

English proficiency at B2 level or higher
