Patrick J. McGovern Foundation (PJMF) is seeking a full‑time Full Stack Developer to develop AI solutions for a thriving, equitable, and sustainable future. The role is remote, based in the United States, with a compensation range of USD

• Collaborative Development:
  Work closely with engineering, data science, and Dev Ops teams to shape AI‑based products, contribute to product architecture, UI/UX design, infrastructure deployment, and overall quality.
• Nonprofit Consultation Support:
  Partner with nonprofit clients to explore data and technology solutions, explaining technical concepts clearly and empathetically.
• Open Source Contribution:
  Contribute to internal and community‑led open‑source projects to extend PJMF’s technology reach.
• Product Integration:
  Develop and deploy full‑stack, cloud‑based solutions that integrate ML model predictions into user‑friendly interfaces, ensuring reliability, safety, and scalability.
• User‑Centric Design:
  Implement intuitive interfaces for AI‑backed web and mobile applications, prototype, test, and iterate based on user feedback.

• Minimum 3+ years of professional full‑stack development experience, with proven expertise in UI development and backend integration.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern front‑end frameworks such as React or React Native.
• Strong programming experience in Python; core codebase is primarily Python‑based.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Git Hub Actions, Jenkins), source control (Git Hub), issue tracking (Jira).
