Frontend Engineer (Next.js) at Baires Dev

As a Frontend Engineer specializing in Next.js, you will design and develop high-performance web applications using the latest rendering strategies. You will play a key role in connecting sophisticated user interfaces with efficient server-side functionality, ensuring a seamless and fast experience for end users.

What You'll Do

Architect and implement modern frontend applications using Next.js, React, and Type Script.
Define and execute optimal SSR, SSG, and ISR strategies to balance performance and SEO requirements.
Build responsive and accessible user interfaces using Tailwind CSS and modern component patterns.
Optimize application loading speeds and Core Web Vitals through advanced caching and bundle analysis.
Collaborate with backend teams to integrate APIs and ensure efficient data fetching patterns.
Maintain high code quality through rigorous reviews, Type Script strict mode, and comprehensive testing.

What We Are Looking For

4+ years of experience in Frontend Engineering with a focus on React and Next.js.
Deep understanding of Next.js rendering strategies, including SSR, SSG, and ISR.
Proficiency in Type Script and utility‑first styling with Tailwind CSS.
Hands‑on experience with both App Router and Pages Router architectures.
Familiarity with deploying and optimizing applications on Vercel or self‑hosted environments.
Advanced proficiency in English.
