- Strong understanding of the software development process and lifecycle
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Proven experience with LLMs and agent frameworks

SQL databases like MongoDB - Familiarity with AWS or Azure
- Experience with multi-tenancy and machine learning
- Experience with Docker
- Previous experience in occupational health, environment, ergonomics, or safety
