Open-Source Development & Community Leadership

• Contribute directly to our OSS framework, focusing on scalability, maintainability, and cutting-edge Type Script practices.
• Create compelling demos, documentation, and tutorials to showcase framework capabilities and drive adoption.
• Actively engage with the community on Discord/Twitter: troubleshoot issues, discuss solutions, and gather feedback to refine the framework.
• Promote the framework through technical content, workshops, and real-world use case examples.
• Collaborate with contributors to review code, design architecture, and evolve the project roadmap.

Quality & Advocacy

• Champion best practices in Type Script: rigorous testing (unit/integration/E2E), clean code, and modular design.
• Solicit and incorporate community feedback to ensure the framework meets developer needs.
• Represent Xava Labs at virtual events and developer forums.

• 3+ years of professional Type Script/JavaScript experience.
• Passion for open-source culture and community-driven development.
• Proven ability to create technical content (docs, tutorials, demos) and engage developers on Discord/Twitter.
• Expertise in building high-quality, well-tested libraries/frameworks.
• Exceptional communication skills for technical discussions and public advocacy.
• Bonus:
