RolePython Engineer – GenAI Agents & MCP Servers

Key Responsibilities- Develop, maintain, and support AI agents for enterprise automation and workflow orchestration.
- Build, configure, and troubleshoot MCP servers and custom tools for LLM-based applications.
- Integrate agents with enterprise systems using REST APIs, webhooks, and backend services.
- Monitor system performance, logs, and tool interactions to ensure high availability.
- Strong experience in Python for tool and agent development.
- Hands‑on knowledge of MCP framework, tool schema design, and server creation.
- Understanding of LLM agent frameworks (Lang Chain, Semantic Kernel, Llama Index).
- Experience with API integration, JSON schemas, and backend services.
- Familiarity with Docker, basic Dev Ops, and deployment processes.
- Good troubleshooting skills and ability to work directly with customers onsite.
