As a Senior Mule Soft Developer at Gurobi Optimization, you will be critical in designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions using the Mule Soft Anypoint Platform. By leveraging your deep knowledge of APIs, integration architecture, and enterprise systems, you will play a key role in streamlining operations.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Mule Soft platform, as well as the integration of other enterprise systems such as Salesforce and Net Suite. Additionally, you will analyze business requirements and requests and modify the platform to align with our needs. You will manage user access and permissions and troubleshoot any technical issues.

Collaborating across our global team, you will drive training to support our user needs and ensure consistency in our process, allowing us to leverage the platform to its full potential.

• Design, develop, and maintain integration solutions using Mule Soft Anypoint Studio and related tools.
• Create and manage APIs (REST, SOAP) and integrations across cloud and on-premises systems.
• Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle: requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, deployment, and support.
• Implement API-led connectivity and reusable integration assets.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain integrations between Mule Soft, Salesforce, Net Suite, and Marketo.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring performance and reliability.
• Apply best practices in API security, governance, and scalability.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership on projects.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to define integration requirements.
• Document technical designs, workflows, and support guides.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in integration development with Mule Soft.
• Strong proficiency in Mule Soft Anypoint Studio, API Manager, Runtime Manager, and Data Weave.
• Solid understanding of API‑led architecture and integration design patterns.
• Proven experience with Salesforce, Net Suite, and Marketo integrations (must‑have).
• Strong knowledge of Java, JSON, XML, and REST/SOAP web services.
• Mule Soft Developer and/or Architect certifications (preferred).

• Experience with Java, Dev Ops, Data Weave, Anypoint, OpenAPI, Swagger, Auth Security, and Custom Policy connectors.
