A fast‑growing, venture‑backed SaaS company is building an AI‑native platform that helps revenue teams turn in‑person interactions (events, conferences, meetings) into measurable pipeline and revenue.

They are defining a new category at the intersection of GTM, data, and AI – enabling companies to capture, enrich, and sync real‑world engagement directly into their systems in real time.

You’ll join a small, high‑impact backend team responsible for building and scaling the core platform. This is a hands‑on role focused on designing, developing, and optimizing backend systems that power real‑time data processing and integrations.

You’ll operate with a high degree of ownership – translating product requirements into technical solutions and shipping quickly in a fast‑moving environment.

• Build and maintain backend services and APIs
• Design scalable, reliable systems in a cloud environment
• Monitor performance, debug issues, and improve system reliability
• Collaborate on architecture and infrastructure decisions
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to ship features

• 4–8 years of backend engineering experience
• Strong experience with Node.js, Type Script, and SQL
• Experience with AWS or GCP
• Proven ability to build scalable production systems
• Ability to independently translate product requirements into technical solutions
• Strong communication skills (clear, non‑jargon explanations)
• Must be U.S.
  
  -based with work authorization

• Experience at growth‑stage startups or well‑known tech companies
• Background in CRM, Mar Tech, or GTM SaaS (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot, etc.)
• Experience working on data‑heavy or real‑time systems

• Operates independently with minimal hand‑holding
• Writes clean, production‑quality backend code
• Contributes to system design and scalability decisions
• Moves quickly while maintaining high quality
