The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions tailored to specific project requirements.

• Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions to meet project objectives
• Collaborate closely with project stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Integrate Salesforce with third‑party applications and internal systems as needed
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within the Salesforce environment
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues
• Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancements to existing Salesforce configurations
• Document technical processes and solutions for future reference

• Native‑level proficiency in Japanese (spoken and written)
• Proven experience as a Salesforce developer, with a strong portfolio of completed projects
• Advanced knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and data migration
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders
