Junior Quickbase Developer

Overview

We are looking for a skilled Junior Quickbase Developer to build and maintain scalable applications that streamline operations and support internal business functions. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Quickbase development with a proven ability to gather requirements, deliver user-friendly tools, and implement automation workflows. Experience with Salesforce development is a plus, particularly for supporting integration efforts or assisting with light configuration work.

This is a full-time, salaried, remote position. Candidate must reside within the Continental U.S. Eastern or Central time zones highly preferred.

• Design, build, and maintain custom Quickbase applications and automations
• Develop dashboards, reports, and user roles based on business needs
• Work with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and propose solutions
• Build and maintain integrations with third-party systems (including Salesforce, where applicable)
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and performance concerns
• Maintain documentation and provide user support and training

• 3+ years of hands-on experience developing in Quickbase
• Proficiency with Quickbase Pipelines, formulas, and API integration
• Strong understanding of relational databases and workflow automation
• Experience integrating external systems or working with REST APIs
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
