Senior QA Engineer

• General:
  Proficiency/experience with AI tools in the development workflow (Mandatory).

• Measurement of Success (KPIs / OKRs):
  Code quality, Pull Request (PR) quality, and team communication/collaboration. Speed is secondary to quality during the first month of onboarding.
