Location: New York

We are looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer who is passionate about web and product, eager to solve complex problems, and ready to influence how we steer our online user experience product.
US Citizenship is required for this role, which supports our Federal business.
Hybrid work schedule – 3 days a week in office.
What You’ll Own- Develop end‑to‑end solutions, from requirements gathering to production deployment.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable backend and front‑end services.
- Continuously improve the platform by adopting best practices and modern technologies.
- Identify and implement enhancements in the codebase and development processes to boost efficiency and scalability.
- Monitor system health, resolve performance bottlenecks, and manage bugs and technical debt.
- Ensure high test coverage and thoroughly test new features before deployment.
- Document technical implementations and architectural decisions for cross‑team collaboration.
- Lead and contribute to backend development using microservices architecture and modern design patterns.
- Drive complex client‑side development with a focus on performance and usability.
- Assist the team in achieving project goals and meeting the project’s schedule.
- 5+ years of experience with web technologies.
- 3+ years of experience in Node.js.
- 1+ year of experience with Angular;
React is an advantage. - Experience with Mongo
DB, MySQL, RESTful APIs, and platformization. - Experience architecting and developing high‑performance systems.
- Experience working on large code projects shared by multiple teams.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- B.Sc. degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- Able to work hybrid 3 days a week in office.

The base salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $140,000, depending on location, experience, and market demand. This role may also qualify for bonuses and part of our competitive total rewards package.
